envisio recently completed a stunning custom lighting installation in the heart of London at 95 Queen Victoria Street. Working with Gloster MEP, the main contractor, and esteemed designers Sheppard Robson and The Light Bureau, we brought the “Hero Wall” to life for Capgemini’s new office space. The wall’s dynamic 3D lighting system required specialised expertise, which envisio was proud to provide.
Understanding the Challenge
The “Hero Wall” is no ordinary installation. It is a striking geometric 3D structure designed to transform the space through a dynamic, 24-hour lighting system. When Gloster MEP realised the complexity of the MADRIX lighting control, they reached out to us as recognised specialists in pixel, digital, and dynamic lighting.
Our Approach
We believe in seamless integration between design and technology. For this project, we advised the electrical contractors on the groundwork required to support the system. Once the site was prepared, we undertook the following tasks:
Fabrication and Installation: We fabricated all necessary aluminium cuts on-site and installed the digital lighting products.
Precision Soldering: Each lighting component was carefully soldered to ensure durability and precision.
Advanced Control Systems: We commissioned and programmed the Pharos control system, including the LPX 20 and TPS 5 touch panel, to bring the lighting design to life.
As specialists in advanced lighting control, we also use controllers such as the MADRIX Nebula, the Advatek E4-S, and the Advatek A4-S on other projects, ensuring flexibility and reliability for every installation.

Collaboration with Design Teams
Working with Sheppard Robson and The Light Bureau, we fine-tuned the lighting content to match their vision. The result was a bespoke 24-hour design that mimics natural light patterns, emulating sunrise and sunset while boosting energy and motivation throughout the day.
Maintenance and Future-Proofing
At envisio, we don’t just deliver a project; we support it long-term. The Hero Wall is now maintained by our team and will soon be integrated into our remote management system. This feature allows us to monitor the system’s status and update the lighting content from our head office, ensuring a flawless experience for our clients.
