A Conference Room Built for More Than Meetings
When Culina Logistics asked us to upgrade their headquarters’ conference space, they weren’t after a standard AV setup. They wanted something more versatile, something as impressive as it is functional.
We delivered a fully dynamic, high-performance training and event space, equipped for live-streamed meetings, social media events, as well as internal functions.
Technical Overview
A Display That Dominates
The main attraction: a 9 x 55” ultra-narrow bezel video wall (0.9 mm). Controlled via a Wyrestorm video wall processor, this crisp 4K canvas can run full-room visuals or break into zoned content.
To complement it, we installed an additional 85” screen mounted specifically for Microsoft Teams sessions, ideal for remote collaboration.
Audio With Impact
Twelve ceiling speakers deliver clean, even sound throughout the room, backed by four flush-mounted in-ceiling subwoofers for depth and power.
We also installed a Sennheiser wireless microphone system, connected through a digital signal processor with automatic mixing, gain control, and room EQ. This ensures reliable speech clarity and seamless integration with both in-room and broadcast applications.

All lighting is pre-programmed with custom scenes, perfect for branded events, training, and presentation modes. Control is simple via an RK-Mod Rako keypad and Rako Hub, allowing instant scene changes with tactile feedback.
Remote Management Ready
The Culina HQ setup includes our remote management software, giving us access to diagnose, update and tweak system settings without needing to return to site.
Whether a scene needs reprogramming, a controller needs updating, or support is needed, everything can be adjusted remotely, without the downtime.
